My wish is for everyone that I encounter – through classes, private sessions, this website and the world at large – to remember and to return “home” to themselves.
Given the opportunity and space, you can always access the wisdom of your own body, mind and heart. This is true for the beginner and also the advanced practitioner in meditation and mindfulness.
When we meet ourselves in a given moment, we are all in essence, newcomers. Fresh, alive and alert. In this space, we can address anything with calm understanding: stress, chronic pain and illness.
